I, personally, have coached, taught and studied human behaviour for over 21 years across a variety of industries and careers, from sales to communications to leadership. This desire to expand possibilities for people and their businesses led me to train as an executive coach and form my own company in 2016 in order to focus on doing this full-time.
Since then, I have created coaching and training programmes for a variety of individuals and teams within varied businesses. However, after many years of personal experience, I now specialize in working with women in the tech sector.
